Lacle provides regular, holistic assessment support to all HKIA third runway construction contractors, ensuring compliance with international standards.

These assessments are performed on an on-going basis throughout the construction period to predict the collective impact from all construction equipment on HKIA’s CNS and flight operations. The assessments ensure the safe operation of the existing runways adjacent to the works and the results are used to support temporary permits to be granted to each contractors.
